Thank You for Your Proposal Submission
CONTINUING EDUCATION: WCA is an NBCC Approved Continuing Education Provider. In order for proposals to be eligible for Continuing Education (CE), the lead presenter must possess a master’s degree in Counseling, Mental Health, or related field.
PROGRAM SELECTION PROCESS: The WCA officers or conference committee will review all proposals. Final decisions will be based on quality, intended audience, and relation to the conference theme. The presentation chair will be notified via email of acceptance or rejection of the proposal. The presentation chair is responsible for communicating with others on the program.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION: Paid registration for the Wyoming Counseling Association’s Conference is required of all presenters who plan to attend any portion of the conference beyond their presentation time. Registration deadline for all presenters is September 20, 2020. Failure to register by the deadline may result in cancellation of your program. Attempts will be made to honor requests for specific days and times, but cannot be guaranteed.

Presenters MUST have reliable internet connection. All presentations will be delivered online via Zoom Meeting Webinars. Presenters will be asked to provide all presentation materials several days prior to the event. All presentations will have a moderator to help with technical assistance and facilitating audience questions. Please note participants have no ability to work in small groups, and all questions are submitted via written Q&A during the presentation.
HANDOUTS: Any handouts or presentation materials will be shared on a password protected page on the WCA website after the conference.
