Develops and implements treatment plan for stabilization, mobilization and disposition appropriate for patient care within 72 hours of patient admission
Assess coping mechanisms and current functioning in following areas: interpsychic, identity, inter-personal, family and group dynamics
Plan and develop group treatments as a member of a multi-discipline team
Implement group treatments ensuring a safe, comfortable therapeutic environment
Ensure the follow-through of treatment goals concerning DBT therapy
Ensures compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines and requirements

Strong leadership skills and problem-solving skills required with short and long-term memory proficiency MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Masters Degree in mental health field
Two years’ experience in clinical care and case management
One year in-patient or residential adult psychiatric or recovery experience
Initial and annual CPI training completion as required for practice within the department PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor), or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
